St Stephen's Christmas Tree Festival

We are inviting individuals, families, charities, churches, schools, shops, businesses, clubs and societies to provide and decorate a tree for display in St Stephen’s Church. Proceeds from visitors entry fees to the festival and money raised on the day will go towards church funds.

Trees can be any size up to a maximum of 6ft, any shape, fresh or artificial.

How you choose to decorate your tree is entirely up to you, the only limit is your imagination.

Trees can be decorated at the church or brought ready-decorated. Power is available for lights. We will supply a long flex for lights to be tested and will connect all of the trees when everything is finally in place.

Entries can be made online and will be accepted for trees in four judging categories (visitors will vote for their favourites)

• Child Individual
• Child Group/Family/Class
• Adult Individual
• Adult Group/Organisation/Business.

Entries close on Friday 1st December.

Setting Up Your Tree

Trees should be brought to St Stephen’s Church on:

Friday 1st December between 10am and 5.30pm.

Collecting Your Tree

We would prefer it if you could collect your tree after the Christmas period, and will have a number of dates available and we will do our very best to arrange a suitable time for you to come and collect it.
